Shipping Information and Policies

CelebrateHome.com, a division of Platinum One Net, Inc., is proud to offer  great products from the Living Gold and the Good Directions Company!

Gold and Platinum Roses: typically take 3-6 business days (the closer you are to California, the sooner you'll get yours). We ship our roses via UPS to any location in the USA. We can ship to APO or military addresses via US Priority Mail (there may be a small additional charge for this type of shipping). Roses ordered before 12pm, Pacific Time, will be shipped that same day (except for Saturdays, Sundays and major holidays).

Weathervanes: Typical shipping times are approximately 1-2 weeks for all weathervanes unless otherwise noted. Some of our larger weathervanes must ship via freight truck with shipping times from 1 to 3 weeks.

Cupolas: typically take 2-3 weeks for shipping. Cupolas with a roof size less than 36" will ship via UPS or FedEx Ground. Cupolas with a 36" roof size or larger are shipped via freight truck. Freight delivery is only to your driveway or curbside. We do not offer inside delivery. The freight company assigned to deliver your product will call you ahead of time to schedule a delivery date and time. It is important that we have your best daytime telephone number for the freight company to reach you.

If an item is backordered or will take longer than the estimated times noted, we will contact you immediately.

*Shipping to AK and HI is limited and additional charges may apply.    

If an order is canceled after the product has been shipped, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred by CelebrateHome.com. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus our cost to ship to you.
